An entrepreneur is a person who has possession of a new enterprise, venture or idea and is accountable for the inherent risks and the outcome.The term was originally a loanword from French and was first defined by the Irish-French economist Richard Cantillon. Entrepreneur in English is a term applied to a person who is willing to launch a new venture or enterprise and accept full responsibility for the outcome. Jean-Baptiste Say, a French economist, is believed to have coined the word "entrepreneur" in the 1800's - he defined an entrepreneur as "one who undertakes an enterprise, especially a contractor, acting as intermediatory between capital and labour"
Sole Proprietor:
A sole proprietorship, also known as a sole trader or simply a proprietorship, is a type of business entity that is owned and run by one individual and in which there is no legal distinction between the owner and the business. The owner receives all profits (subject to taxation specific to the business) and has unlimited responsibility for all losses and debts. Every asset of the business is owned by the proprietor and all debts of the business are the proprietor's. This means that the owner has no less liability than if they were acting as an individual instead of as a business. It is a "sole" proprietorship in contrast with partnerships.
A sole proprietor may use a trade name or business name other than his or her legal name. In many jurisdictions there are rules to enable the true owner of a business name to be ascertained. In the United States there is generally a requirement to file a doing business as statement with the local authorities.[1] In the United Kingdom the proprietor's name must be displayed on business stationery, in business emails and at business premises, and there are other requirements

The path they have blazed has been incredible, from starving immigrants to the world's superpower in every category. America has grown and prospered more than any other culture or civilization ever has, and we have done it in much less time.
Today, the growth and prosperity of America has stopped. Our current economic and social structure has began a caving in process that can be stayed for some time, but it will never reverse. Our continued reign as a superpower will only be the side-effect of the same process occurring world wide.
What happened?
Simply put,
We are expecting a solution that will fit every situation.
We are expecting the economy to turn around by relying on a government solution that will work for all of us, at the same time, and with the same results for everyone.
Well, thats probably not going to happen.
